These fees are exclusive of any taxes or government charges, which remain your responsibility. Any required deductions or withholdings under applicable laws shall be borne solely by you.

3. Your Information & Restricted Activities

Definition:

"Your Information" means any data you provide to us or to other users during registration, payment, use of services, or communication through the platform. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and we serve as a passive channel for its distribution and publication.

Restricted Activities:

You agree that Your Information and activity (including payments and purchases) via our Services shall not:

You agree that in the case of any legal or regulatory dispute, Unibro’s electronic records of your transactions, this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and any scanned or electronically stored verification documents shall be valid and admissible as evidence.

5. Legal Disputes

In case of a dispute between you and Unibro, our goal is to resolve it quickly and cost-effectively. You agree that any claim or controversy arising out of this Agreement or our services will be handled as follows:

• First, we recommend you contact Unibro Customer Support to resolve the matter amicably.

• We are open to reasonable alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation.

• If unresolved, any legal claim shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
